I’ve spent over a decade working with couples, learning and refining my techniques, scripts, and course content to help women have positive and empowering birth experiences.
I trained in the Mongan Method, the Wise Hippo Method, and the KG Method. I’m one of life’s perpetual learners and I’m constantly questioning old practices and looking for ways to improve.
